CHEYNE GADSON
Cheyne Gadson, was born in Brooklyn, New York. Raised in Jamaica Queens. Gadson grew up in the Mecca of basketball. Gadson was a late bloomer in the sport of basketball who began organized basketball in his senior year of high school at Jamaica High school in Queens NY. Gadson became an all-city nominated player in two years of high school basketball. Gadson then went on to play at Faith Christian academy which is a user grad school 99-00. Gadson then went on to Oklahoma State University from 2001-2003.
Gadson leaves OSU as a graduate in University Studies as well as Undrafted. Gadson became a journeyman and has played Professionally for 18 years domestically and internationally. Beginning in 2007 Gadson started out his professional abroad career in Armani Jeans (Italy), In addition, Gadson went to play in various countries such as Argentina, Tunisia, Morocco Mexico, Venezuela, Latvia, Israel, Puerto Rico, China ETC. Gadson has played on 5 continents. Gadson has most recently played in the BIG3 league. While still in the transition of retiring from playing, Gadson then founded Efficient Footwork Development which was established in 2019.
Gadson is an anomaly as a skill developer, some call him a marvel and others call him a Sinsay at his craft. He understands the process, he has played in every minor league ( CBA, ABA, NBL, NBDL etc, he has played on every level of basketball ranging from High School to Prep school, Junior college (Kilgore) NCAA ( Oklahoma State), Cheyne Gadson’s unique ability to meet a player where he or she is and identify the weaknesses and the strengths immediately allow him to certainly develop the client faster. EFD is here to motivate, inspire, mentor, guide and understand each client has a different personality.

Cheyne Gadson won a championship on every level from prep / junior college/semi-pro/ professionally (abroad). Gadson also had two NBA stints with Dallas Mavericks in 2009 As well as with Golden State Warriors in 2011 and was able to get these opportunities truly from basketball skill development. Gadson is a true journeyman with tons of experience ready to help you on your journey through the game of basketball.
